Plain English first: you keep ownership of everything you create using Orbit. We provide the platform. You own the content.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an Orbit account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a contract between you and Woodlark Associates Ltd.
If you're using Orbit on behalf of a company, you're agreeing to these terms on their behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
2. The service
Orbit provides a LinkedIn content platform that:
- Calibrates your voice from examples and information you provide
- Generates LinkedIn posts in your voice using AI
- Delivers posts to your WhatsApp for approval
- Publishes approved posts to your LinkedIn account
- Tracks performance and improves over time
We may update, improve, or change features over time. We'll notify you of any significant changes.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login details. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@woodlarkassociates.com.
You must be 18 or older to use Orbit. By creating an account, you confirm this.
4. Your content
Everything you create using Orbit — your voice profile, generated posts, and edits — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over any content you produce using our platform.
By using Orbit, you give us a limited licence to process your content in order to provide the service (generating posts, publishing to LinkedIn, analysing performance). This licence ends when you delete your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orbit to:
- Generate or publish content that is false, misleading, or defamatory
- Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Standards
- Spam, harass, or target individuals in harmful ways
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our systems
- Resell or redistribute access to Orbit without our permission
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Payments and cancellation
Orbit is a subscription service billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then.
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll sort it out.
7. Availability and limitations
We aim for continuous availability but can't guarantee it. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.
Orbit uses AI to generate content. While we've built our voice calibration system to produce high-quality, on-brand posts, AI-generated content isn't perfect. You're responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it publishes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Woodlark Associates Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbit, including any consequences from published content.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Orbit after that date means you accept the updated terms.
